We are seeking a highly experienced Title Manager with a minimum of 10 years of direct title examination experience, specifically in mineral, leasehold, and surface title. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and established industry relationships.

• Overseeing mineral, leasehold, and surface title review
• Reviewing and approving runsheets, ownership reports, and curative plans
• Identifying mineral risk (severances, pooling, allocation wells, depth limitations, active production)
• Evaluating leasehold positions, assignments, and burden calculations
• Managing and mentoring title examiners
• Communicating directly with developers, land teams, attorneys, and operators
• Ensuring compliance with project-specific title guidelines
• Improving title processes and turnaround efficiency
